Sandra, I snagged this great black (what else?) chapeau when I was in London-town for the awards ceremony (for that, er…story thing I wrote thar’). It was a decent one, t’was, tweed and made in the USA type of deal. Though I soon parted with it–having bequeathed it to a local mate from the Continent immediately below ours–because I preferred something more like what this unsuspecting bloke’s got on.
There’s this great hat which the lead detective in the film DERAILED (starring Clive Owen) is wearing which is totally the sh–. Note to self: spend more time at the haberdashery when I’m in the Mecca of all things hatt-y.
Question: did this gentleman know you were taking a photograph of the back of his head?
